Open Ensemble

Hi Singers

Please feel welcome to come along to Singers Space Chorus (previously called Open Ensemble) even if you have never sung in your life.  Singers usually work on one song.  The ensemble does a vocal warm-up, some vocal technique and musicality is included throughout the session.  The ensemble then sing at the standard of those who attend.  There are harmonies for those with experience and more technique and melody lines for newbies. Each session also includes the current technique, musicality or artistic theme so that current students can pick up some hints in a supportive environment where they don’t need to sing solo. The session is fun but also serious creating an opportunity for singers at different levels to enjoy working together.  A video of highlights from the session is made available some time during the following month.
