Louise Dixon begun her vocal training in New Zealand in 1978.  After studying a year at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), she came to Brisbane graduating from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music – Griffith University in 1989.  An experienced singer, teacher, music administrator and choral conductor, Louise has worked with Opera Queensland, World Expo, WA Opera, Cantilena Singers, QLD Conservatoirum of Music, Queensland Youth Orchestra Council, Australian Academy of Music, Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and the QLD Biennial Festival of Music as well as her own studio, Louise Dixon Singers in the Community and currently Singers Space.  Louise has been recorded by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), 4MBSFM and 6UVSFM.  Louise has students and ensembles regularly performing in the Community.  She is also involved in team development in the workplace and conducts workplace choirs.
